Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

While we strive to process and ship orders as swiftly as possible, please allow 7 business days for processing. You'll receive a notification, complete with a tracking number, once your order has been dispatched.

Our orders are dispatched through Sendle, Australia's pioneering postal company providing 100% Carbon Neutral delivery services.

After leaving our facility, deliveries typically take 1 - 3 business days for city locations and a bit longer for rural areas. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been booked, offering a more precise ETA based on your location.

Please Note: During holiday periods, our small team may experience slight delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! Our international orders are also shipped via Sendle using partner companies outside of Australia.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We trust you'll adore your purchase as much as we do, but if you're not satisfied, we're here to assist.

You can return your purchase within 14 days of the purchase date for an exchange or credit. Please note that we don't provide return shipping labels, and return shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we aren't responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.

Goods must be received within 7 business days upon return approval, in original packaging and in a resalable condition.

How to organise a return?

If you wish to request a return, simply reach out! Our return policy spans 14 days. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Please email us at hello@jentl.com.au with your query.

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error won't be accepted.

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery won't be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5-7 days.

Late or missing refunds

Refunds may take some processing time. If you haven't received your refund after checking your bank account and contacting your bank within 5-7 days, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Currently, we are unable to facilitate exchanges. To exchange items, please follow the return guidelines and repurchase the desired products.

Gifts

Refunds for gift items will only be issued to the gift giver or purchaser.
