SHIPPING
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE ?
While we do our best to ship as quickly as possible, please allow 7 business days to process and ship your order. You will receive a notification with tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
Our orders our sent out by Sendle, Australia's first postal company to offer 100% Carbon Neutral delivery services.
Once the item has left us, your delivery should generally arrive within 1 - 3 business days for city locations and a bit longer for rural locations.
You will be emailed a tracking number once the order has been booked in by us that will give you a more specific ETA based on your location.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ?
Yes we do!
Our international orders are also sent by Sendle using partner companies outside of Australia.
RETURNS
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ?
HOW TO ORGANISE A RETURN ?
If you'd like to request a return just reach out! Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept unclean razors. Email us hello@jentl.com.au with your query!
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.
- 'We will accept returns of any razors that are damaged due to manufacturers production or material faults, not normal wear & tear, abuse, or misuse.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days.
Late or missing refunds
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have checked your bank account and contacted your bank after 5-7 days and you have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
At this time we are unable to facilitate an exchange and you will need to return your order within the return guidelines and re-purchase the products you would like to exchange for.
Gifts
Any items purchased as gifts will only be refunded to the gift giver (or purchaser in this case).
Return Shipping
You can either send your items back using your own shipping method or you can request us to book in a courier for you. The shipping costs of approx $8 depending on your location will be deducted from your return total.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
