Berry Glow Smoothie Recipe
As we shift into the warmer months we're switching our breakfast back to nourishing seasonal smoothies.
Here is a simple, nutrient dense smoothie recipe to help create that glow and radiance from the inside out. Filled with antioxidant rich seasonal berries, collagen, probiotics, healthy fats to plump skin as well as our Rainbo Reishi which  helping support energy and resistance to stress - and may support sleep, the immune system and liver function.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of organic blueberries and blackberries
  • 2 cups of liquid ~ we love hemp, coconut or oat milk or filtered water for a lighter option
  • 2 tbsp organic yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp of flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp of almond butter
  • 1 medjool date
  • 3-6 drops of Rainbo Dual Extract Reishi Tincture
  • A scoop of collagen or protein powder of your choice

METHOD

1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
2. Enjoy as is or pour into a glass and enjoy with one of our reusable glass straws.
